LEUPOLDT Soßenkuchen, der besondere Lebkuchen mit der ungewöhnlichen Funktion.
Normalerweise geht man davon aus, dass Lebkuchen dazu da sind, gegessen zu werden. Das ist zwar auch bei LEUPOLDT Soßenkuchen so - aber auf Umwegen: Dieser besondere Lebkuchen wird dazu verwendet, die Sauerbraten-Soße - aber auch viele andere - zu würzen und sämig zu machen.

Der Soßenkuchen hat im Hause Leupoldt eine fast 100-jährige Tradition und genau so lange ist das als besonderes Geheimnis gehütete Rezept für die Gewürzmischung in Familienbesitz.
